Enoman at the Kotagede Gallery, Yogyakarta International Airport

Since August 2026, Enoman has been chosen by the Yogyakarta cooperative office to represent the city at the Kotagede Gallery inside Yogyakarta International Airport.
There is a particular kind of place at the edge of every journey. The gate where travelers gather before they leave, carrying with them the last of what a city has given them. At Yogyakarta International Airport, near the departure gates, sits a gallery of Yogyakarta's own makers. A final chance to hold a piece of the city before it slips behind the clouds.
This year, Enoman was chosen to stand among them.
The gallery is curated by the Yogyakarta cooperative office, and the selection is not gentle. Many makers ask to be here. Few are chosen. To be placed in this room is to be counted as one of the faces the city is willing to send home with its guests.
That means something to us. Yogyakarta is a city of makers, rich with hands that shape and dye and weave. To be chosen from among them, to be trusted as a piece of the city worth carrying home, is a quiet honour we do not take lightly.
A traveler leaving Yogyakarta may pause here, and find a piece of Enoman. Something grown in a garden, colored by leaves and flowers, shaped slowly by hand. A last gift from the city, carried into the sky and toward wherever home may be.
